Via 3L closed acquisition process of buying Terminal LT
We are very happy to announce, that on the last day of January Via 3L OÜ (mother company of Via 3L Group) finalised deal with ME Investicija (Girteka Logistics) and closed acquisition process to buy Terminal LT in Lithuania. It means that from first of February Terminal LT is owned 100% by Via 3L OÜ and belongs to our Group. With the acquisition we are entering into Lithuanian market through strong market player who has many matching customers of Via 3L Baltic portfolio. Under management of Via 3L LT CEO Mr. Gintautas Cecys we have unique opportunity to stretch our wings in Baltics and become one of the leading 3PL service players on the Baltic market. Terminal LT has 130 employees, 15000 sqm ambient warehouse and 5000 sqm cold warehouse. Terminal LT is additionally well known as excise service providers, having co-operation with world well-known spirits producers and distributors.
