Let’s get acquainted
Via 3L has an international freight forwarding division, handling door-to-door transport by road, sea and air. Between Estonia and Lithuania we run frequent, regular departures — a route shaped by the two countries’ shared EU single market and close production ties.
Estonia and Lithuania are both EU member states within the same single market, so goods cross the border without customs formalities. The Via Baltica motorway (E67) links Tallinn to Riga, Kaunas and Vilnius and onward to Warsaw, and our trucks typically cover the roughly 600-kilometre Tallinn-Vilnius route within a single working day.
Lithuania is one of Estonia’s largest trading partners: Estonian exporters send cars and dairy products south, while Lithuania supplies Estonia with refined petroleum products and pharmaceuticals. Whatever the cargo, we offer full and part loads, extra-height and extra-width 45′ HC PW containers, ADR transport for dangerous goods, and temperature-controlled shipping for sensitive cargo.
What sets this route apart is our own group terminal in Lithuania, Via 3L LT UAB — it gives us full control over the chain and lets us keep to scheduled departures between Estonia and Lithuania without relying on a partner’s timetable. Our dedicated container and air freight division arranges FCL and LCL shipments in 20′ and 40′ containers, and we also handle customs documentation and cargo insurance.
We have helped more than a thousand customers ship their goods to 75 countries, with close to 400 scheduled departures leaving our terminals every week. Using our own trailers and containers alongside a trusted partner network across Europe, we keep the connection between Estonia and Lithuania fast and dependable.
